Charles Weiser
Head of Customer Experience, Digital Consumer Group, Consumer Australia, OptusCharles is currently the Head of Customer Experience at Optus Consumer and Digital Consumer Group. Previously, Charles was the Dean of Operations for National Australia Bank, Executive Director of UBank and the Group’s GM of Mortgage Experience at National Australia Bank.
Prior to joining NAB, Charles was the CEO of RAMS Home Loans Corporation, a Non-Executive Director of Cash Services Australia and was a Non-Executive Director of The Paragon Banking Group, a UK FTSE-listed institution.
Charles began his career in Europe with British
Airways where he held numerous senior executive roles, amongst them as Managing
Director of Global Financial Services; Group Executive, Loyalty and
Partnerships; and the Head of Customer Relations, the latter becoming a Harvard
Business School Case Study.
